Get guidance, reflections, and perspective to help you understand what you’re experiencing—emotionally, mentally, and energetically. Providing wisdom and supporting self-awareness without overwhelm
2. Meditate
Practice guided meditations aligned with the day’s theme to cultivate presence, mindfulness, and emotional grounding, helping your nervous system settle, soften mental noise, release emotional tension, and create space for clarity to naturally arise..
3. Art Therapy + Jounaling
Creative Integration where insights becomes embodied. Intuitive art therapy and reflective journaling prompts, helps you express freely, supporting emotional processing, gentle release, and inner alignment.

Ramya is a Certified Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Prenatal & Postnatal Specialist, and Journal Writing & Art Journaling Therapist dedicated to empowering women through holistic wellness. She is the founder of Yogasta, a space for yoga and mindful living, where she offers in-person and online programs, sessions, and retreats designed to support women at every stage of life.
Known for her simple, accessible approach, Ramya combines yoga, meditation, and journaling to help women improve physical and mental well-being, release emotional blocks, and embrace personal growth.
